J.R. in Tiny Rectangle on 1803 Large Cent. This mark has been attributed to Joseph Richardson, Philadelphia silversmith but as he died in 1784 this identification is obviously incorrect. Richardson's mark as shown by Brunk looks like I.R., though 'I' and 'J' were sometimes interchangeable, or a poor impression of the die could blur or omit the lower curve of the 'J.' Host coin is About Good.
