One of 930 Proofs struck in this low-mintage late date. 300 1890 Choice Brilliant Proof CH BR PF $700.00 Watery reflectivity is quite visible on both surfaces. This coin's obverse displays a blend of amber and rose while the reverse is largely iridescent magenta and orange. One of only 590 struck. Faint hairlines can be found with a glass. 301 1891 Gem Brilliant Proof GEM BR PF $1,300.00 Icy blue toning adds to the visual allure of this attractive piece. The only distraction is a minute mark below the date where someone attempted to remove a toning spot. The chrome-like fields give a lovely cameo contrast to the frosty devices.
