Total Cameo strike boasts finely frosted silver-white reliefs floating on deepest mirror-gleaming fields. Never cleaned or mishandled, this coin is a true Gem of a Proof mintage of which perhaps 400 were actually released as the Civil War was breaking out. PCGS PR65.
