Lot # Description Grade Hammer Price 3002 1921 Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $1,100.00 - and enjoying smooth fields and devices accented by velvet-silk mint lustre on either side. There is a rich blanket of olive-russet toning that is further beautified by an aura of emerald, lavender, rose, and sky-blue iridescence. An outstanding, visually compelling coin, particularly to those that seek exceptional coloration. NGC MS65. 3003 1922 Superb Gem Brilliant Uncirculated SUP GEM BU $900.00 - and an unencumbered, wonderfully satiny specimen. The surface quality is about as nice as anyone could possibly hope for, as one must look very closely with a glass to find even minor imperfections. The toning, however, is what aptly completes this coin. A blend of fabulously balanced mint-green, champagne, and golden iridescence is a pleasure to behold. ANACS MS67. 3004 1922 VAM 2C. VERY CH BU $1,000.00 The so-called ''extra hair'' variety. A slightly curving, near vertical obverse die break at the back of Liberty's lower hair gives this rare, highly collectible variety its name. Very conservatively graded NGC MS63 and without question worthy of a huge premium as the coloration is absolutely splendid. 3016 1922'S', 1923'S' CH BU $170.00 Both are Choice Brilliant Uncirculated with claims to a Gem distinction. Here is a highly attractive, well matched pair, each of which is submerged in a balanced blanket of lavender-violet beauty. Extraordinary coloration such as this certainly is worthy of a substantial premium. NGC MS63 and PCGS MS63 respectively. 2 pieces. 3017 1923 (2) VERY CH BU $220.00 Both are Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated with one piece exhibiting surfaces that are essentially Gem. NGC MS64. 3021 1923'D' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $220.00 Sharply struck. This pleasant coin displays an attractive veil of olive-rose obverse iridescence. The reverse is toned a delicate gold. PCGS MS64. 3022 1923'D', 1934 CH BU $200.00 Both are Choice Brilliant Uncirculated. The former enjoys remarkable violet-mauve obverse peripheral toning that encircles a jade-green center. The reverse exhibits similar hues concentrated at the periphery. The latter coin is laved in warm emerald-golden and subtle rose iridescence that is more vibrant on the obverse. NGC MS64 and worthy of a substantial premium based upon its extraordinary eye appeal. 3024 1923'S' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $130.00 Wispy olive obverse iridescence is accented by areas of vibrant rose and gold. A rich satiny example that enjoys eye appeal far above the norm. NGC MS64. 3025 1924 Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $200.00 - and enjoying visual allure that is far superior to that typically encountered. This very smooth, satiny specimen displays rose-mauve and golden obverse iridescence primarily at the upper periphery. The reverse is awash in varying shades of very rich rose-red, lilac-green, and mauve iridescence. NGC MS65 and easily of premium quality. 3026 1924 VERY CH BU $170.00 A pair of this date. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated and Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated. Both are highly attractive examples that exhibit similar shades of rich russet, gold, and lavender-rose iridescence. The eye appeal of this twosome is far above the norm. NGC MS 65 and NGC NS64. 2 pieces. 3027 1924'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $300.00 - with claims to the Choice category from the standpoint of technical grade. The color, however, is wonderful and certainly justifies a sizable premium. Both the obverse and reverse of this scarce, velvet-like specimen exhibit lovely gold, rose, and pale blue peripheral iridescence. NGC MS62. 3028 1925 Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $900.00 - and truly of premium quality for even this condition level. The obverse is arguably superb. The reverse reveals only a trivial inconspicuous mark or two under close examination. Unbroken velvet-silk fields and devices are embellished by an overlying blend of emerald-gold and champagne iridescence. NGC MS66. 3029 1925 Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $220.00 - and a multicolored, highly impressive beauty. A magnificent deluge of rose, gold, and emerald iridescence engulfs either side of this assertive, satiny example. We cannot say enough about the visual appeal of this coin. NGC 65 and certainly worthy of a substantial premium. 3030 1925 Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $250.00 Here is a meticulously struck, dense satiny specimen that exhibits splashes of olive-jade and bright rose-red iridescence on the obverse. The reverse is smooth, entirely white, and wonderfully sharp. ICG MS66. 3031 1925'S' Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $280.00 Satiny lustre is muted beneath deep waves of iridescent gold, lavender-mauve, and jade. NGC MS63; 1926'D' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated and a sharply struck specimen. Varying shades of pale olive and golden toning are highlighted by hints of peripheral iridescence.
