Here is a coin toned in yellow-gold with fields that are aglow with gentle mint lustre. Sharply struck peripheries contrast boldly with very weakly struck forelocks on the obverse and weakly defined legs on the eagle. Remarkably mark-free, the fields however are a trifle grainy. A decent example of this very scarce coin with only 19,786 pieces struck. |
