Gem Brilliant Uncirculated. This set of three Brass gilt pieces was struck in 1956 from the Georgia Gulch, Colorado, assayer and coiner's original dies. The pieces were struck with Conway's original dies, preserved by the Colorado Historical Society to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Denver Mint, itself directly descended from Colorado private coiner, Clark, Gruber & Company.... more |
