- however both the obverse and reverse are immersed in rather deep olive-russet and iridescent toning. The underlying surfaces are satiny and rather nicely struck for this date. There is a tiny rim mark at 5:30 on the reverse, as well as some light marks hidden by the toning at the central obverse. PCGS MS63.
869 1921 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $460.00

Icy, satin-frost is augmented by an overlying blush of delicate lavender-rose toning. The central strike, furthermore, is significantly sharper than the norm. PCGS MS63.
870 1922 CH BU $180.00

The reverse bears a counterstamp commemorating the September 5-17, 1978 Camp David Peace Summit between Jimmy Carter, Anwar Sadat, and Menachim Begin. The host coin is Choice Brilliant Uncirculated or better; the counterstamp Gem Brilliant Uncirculated. Very scarce and highly collectible.

The doubling is most evident at the branch leaves and stems. Brilliant Uncirculated or essentially so. Faint obverse slide marks at the face and neck of Liberty.
