894 1837 No Stars, Large Date. Brilliant Uncirculated BU $525.00

Deep ebony toning on both sides offers a subtle undercurrent of deep gold. A glass reveals what appears to be a wisp of filing on the upper reverse rim.
895 1839'O' CH AU $220.00

Choice About Uncirculated. Uniformly frosty silver surfaces highlight the meticulous quality of this delightful Branch Mint strike.
896 1856 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $200.00

The medium gray obverse has hints of golden toning at the lower left. Otherwise all detail has been fully struck.
897 1857'O' Large O. CH AU $260.00

Choice About Uncirculated and very close to full Mint State. Attractive golden toning over well preserved surfaces. A strong strike adds to this coin's excellent eye appeal.
898 1870 Very Choice Brilliant Proof VERY CH BR PF $325.00

- on the cusp of fully Gem. Glorious mirror fields and frosty white reliefs contrast with a halo of deepest peripheral gold.
899 1872 Very Choice Brilliant Proof VERY CH BR PF $600.00

Frosty white devices stand out boldly against watery, reflective fields on this prettily toned specimen. A crescent of iridescent honey, rose and blue toning beautifies the obverse, while the reverse is mostly untoned with a touch of toning at the rims.
900 1874 Arrows. Brilliant Uncirculated BU $200.00

- and close to Choice. Deeply glowing silver frost is infiltrated with understated gold. Only a short scratch keeps this coin from Choice.
901 1874'S' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $2,400.00

Stark silver-white surfaces are accentuated by the boldest cartwheel reflectivity which gives exceptional visual impact to this lovely example of a notoriously elusive San Francisco date. NGC MS64.
902 1879 Choice Brilliant Proof CH BR PF $275.00

A well detailed and mostly satisfying specimen that offers pleasing reflectivity. The upper obverse is sea green while the lower part is mostly deep gray. A tiny obverse scratch is hardly a distraction.
903 1883 Very Choice Brilliant Proof VERY CH BR PF $500.00

Glasslike fields are awash in lime, blue and rose-orange toning on the obverse, which is in sharp contrast to a mostly stark white reverse. Just over 1,000 Proofs were coined of this date.
904 1889 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $300.00

Satiny silver offers the boldest cartwheel gleam, complementing a meticulous strike.
905 1891 Choice Brilliant Proof CH BR PF $300.00

- or finer. A creamy white reverse is paired with an abundantly toned obverse that features orange-gold and iridescent blue coloration. A dash of toning should be noted for completeness of description on this survivor of just 600 Proofs coined this year.
906 1891 CH AU $50.00

Choice About Uncirculated. Circulation is reasonably light, but a glass finds hairlining from a cleaning at some time.
