Invert specialist Tom O'Mara believes about a half-dozen of these exist in all grades, this might be the finest. Choice Crisp Uncirculated. There is a pinch at the left, but the embossing to the back is superb. Well centered, bold, and bright. Penciled ''8B'' at the back upper left corner. |
