Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $280.00 Diffused lustre reflecting through a golden blush of toning making the Dutch settler and Algonquin Indian appear to be in cameo. The reverse is mostly white with a blush of golden toning at the rim. The sails on the ship are virtually mark-free. 3191 1936 Long Island. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $150.00 An example with mellow lustre and all white. Only a few marks can be seen with a glass. 3192 1936 Long Island. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $260.00 - and white, with a bit of speckled cinnamon toning in the right obverse field. The reverse is clean of any major marks, and is nicely lustrous, with a shimmering, silver gray patina. 3193 1936 Long Island. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $250.00 - with satiny, silver gray lustre, and virtually mark-free. A lovely sprinkle of cocoa toning is tossed on the surfaces. 3194 1936 Long Island. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $105.00 - and showing silky lustre and fields with a satiny texture. Only a few microscopic ticks exist on the sails, and these are offset by the radiant lustre found on the reverse. 3195 1936 Long Island. Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $100.00 A lovely example with a coffee splash in the left obverse field, and one small contact mark on the settler's cheek. The reverse is silky, shimmering white and virtually clean. 3196 1936 Long Island (2). Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $300.00 A pair of pleasing examples with mellow, radiant lustre, virtually mark-free and showing a white, silvery patina. 2 pieces. 3197 1936 Long Island (2). Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $300.00 A pair of attractive examples of the coin commemorating the first European settlement on Long Island at Jamaica Bay. Both are bright white and original, with the glowing sheen typical of choice Long Islands. 2 pieces. 3198 1936 Long Island (2). Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $290.00 A neat duo with silky, radiant lustre, and virtually mark-free, especially on the sails of the Half Moon pictured on the reverse on the coin.
