The margins are respectable and give this ''Windom'' note pleasing eye appeal. The serial number lies between the last serial number recorded in the Census for Fr.245 and the first serial number of Fr.246 with this being the lowest number (this note is not in the census) for that signature combination. Decent centering and marvelous color give this note good eye appeal. Add good paper crispness and the fact that it is a three digit serial number, this note has virtually everything going for it.
