872 New Jersey. January 26, 1756. 6 Shillings FR $375.00

No.8212[?, faint]. Three signatures, all faint. A rare issue for any note. Most known notes are very low grade and this is no exception. Fair, dark with some splits. Part of the left end gone. A filler that might not get upgraded at all.
873 New Jersey. June 22, 1756. 1 Shilling AU $550.00

No.4387. Three signatures. Crisp Uncirculated. The margins are typical for the issue; 12 Shillings. No.4084. Three signatures. About Uncirculated. Light vertical fold. 2 pieces.

New Jersey. November 20, 1757. 6 Pounds. No.5095 Three signatures, all faint. Red texts and border...
No.5095 Three signatures, all faint. Red texts and border frame. About Very Fine. Attractive for the grade with no major flaws. Minor surface soiling and trimmed uniformly all the way around the perimeter. Superior to the Ford III Sale lot 701 note from the Boyd Collection. These high denomination notes on New Jersey are generally from low print figures (this, only 1,100 emitted).
875 New Jersey. November 20, 1757. 6 Pounds F $200.00

No.265. Three signatures, all fairly light. Red texts and border frame. Fine or so. Uniformly trimmed with rounded corners. The color is fairly sharp for the amount of wear. A low print run of 1,100 notes only and as such, quite scarce.
876 New Jersey. May 1, 1758. 3 Pounds AB F $600.00

No.3425[?]. Three signatures. Red texts. Fine to Very Fine for the note. Surface soiling, heavier on the back; April 12, 1762. 6 Pounds. No.1111. Three signatures. Red texts and border frame. About Fine, but severe corner rounding. The crease is not broken and the soiling is moderate; April 16, 1764. 6 Pounds. No.145. Three signatures. Blue texts, red vignette and blue and red border frames....  more
877 New Jersey. May 1, 1758. 6 Pounds VF $550.00
New Jersey. May 1, 1758. 6 Pounds. No.576. Three signatures. Red texts and border frame. Very Fine...
No.576. Three signatures. Red texts and border frame. Very Fine or better for the note. Choice for this type and issue. Bold red color and still with some crispness. Uniform trimming that is not unsightly. Only 1,834 notes were emitted and like most of the issue, were well used. A superior high denomination note on this act. Undervalued in our opinion.
878 New Jersey. April 10, 1759. 6 Pounds F to VF $325.00

No.1523. Three signatures. Red texts and border frame. Fine to Very Fine. Above average grade for the type and issue. The color is bold and the note is only lightly trimmed with slight corner rounding. Nearly on par with the Ford III Sale note, lot 708. Another scarce note from a low print figure of 1,834 notes emitted.
879 New Jersey. April 23, 1761. 6 Pounds AB F $325.00

No.348. Three signatures. Red texts and border frame. About Fine. The crease is hard and there is rounding in at the top and bottom center. For the grade, sharp color text and frame. A decent example of a rare note. Only 917 notes were emitted.
880 New Jersey. April 8, 1762. 6 Pounds AB VF $450.00
New Jersey. April 8, 1762. 6 Pounds. No.469. Three signatures. Blue texts, red vignette and blue border...
No.469. Three signatures. Blue texts, red vignette and blue border frame. About Very Fine. Choice for the note. Bold and vivid color. Well margined for the type with natural rounding of the corners. The folds are seen more so from the back and there is small pen endorsement on the verso. There is a light ink smear on the top signature. Only 1,219 notes were emitted.
881 New Jersey. December 31, 1763. 3 Shillings GEM CU $400.00

No.476. Three signatures. Quite close to Gem Crisp Uncirculated. A premium example of an issue seen in high grade. The right margin is trimmed razor tight at the bottom. The other margins are as ''boardwalk'' as can be. Most notes on this issue are poorly cut. This note is top notch.
882 New Jersey. April 16, 1764. 6 Pounds AB EF $1,800.00
New Jersey. April 16, 1764. 6 Pounds. No.305 Three signatures. Blue texts, red vignette and blue border...
No.305 Three signatures. Blue texts, red vignette and blue border frame. About Extremely Fine or better. A stunning note on this type and series. Virtually immaculate surfaces and the boldest red and blue color imaginable. The vertical crease is seen from the verso and there is only faint soiling. Most will be inclined to grade this note slightly higher and it should be evaluated as a premium quality...  more
883 New Jersey. February 20, 1776. 30 Shillings CU $950.00

No.4250. Three signatures, including John Hart, Signer of the Declaration of Independence. Crisp Uncirculated. Lightly toned and tightly margined as normal. The signature is on top and boldly accomplished. In demand as always.

No.57795. Three signatures, including John Hart, Signer of the Declaration of Independence. Choice Almost Uncirculated. The margins are ''boardwalk'' wide on all sides. A light corner fold or bend at the upper right and some handling. The signature is in the center and fairly sharp. The look of Gem and a premium example.
885 New Jersey. March 25, 1776. 6 Pounds UNC $1,100.00
New Jersey. March 25, 1776. 6 Pounds. No.1383. Three signatures. Blue texts, red vignette and blue...
No.1383. Three signatures. Blue texts, red vignette and blue border frame. Border cut motifs by David Rittenhouse. Choice Almost Uncirculated. Bold colors and excellent paper quality. All the corners are a little soft or ''dinged''. However, technically a ''new'' note and always popular with collectors. A lovely example.
886 State of New Jersey. June 9, 1780. 4 Dollars CH AU $700.00

No.21432[?]. Two signatures, Philemon Dickinson and David Brearley. Guaranteed by the United States Issue. Countersigned on the back by Joseph Borden. Choice About Uncirculated. Very petty handling on the corners. Bright and vivid with superb back color.
887 State of New Jersey. January 9, 1781. 1 Shilling and 6 Pence CU $600.00

No.19019. Two signatures, Smith and Neil. Crisp Uncirculated. The trimming is less than perfect with trimming in at the top, right and left ends. Often these have severe cutting problems making this typical for the issue.
