No.112432. Contemporary Counterfeit. ''Signed'' by Lyon and Roberts. A well known counterfeit type. Diagnostics in the '26' of the date and other marks. Crisp Uncirculated. The margins are rather tight on all four sides.

Split on the vertical crease with some chinking off the top center. Moderately aged with some other minor flaws. Decent condition for an issued note from this series.

No.954. Five signatures. Typeset in red and black. Fine or so. The paper quality is strong for this issue and there are no major problems except for the right end being trimmed in. The bottom left is also trimmed in. However, there are no unsightly chinks or unsightly repairs as often seen on these higher denomination notes from the series. The Ford X note was only Very Fine in an auction...  more

The color is bright and vivid. No repairs, but some edge tears on the folds. Fairly bright and not soiled. Well above the norm for this type and series.

No.7926. Light blue seal. Liberty cap. LIBERTAS CARIOR AURO. Five signatures. Fine or so. A bit dark with some surface soiling around the perimeter. The blue seal color is still rich and well detailed. Excellent margins with some petty nicks repaired on the back with paper strips. For the technical grade, still a pleasing example from an ever popular issue.
