CH EF |
$1,100.00 |
Detail of Choice Extremely Fine-45 or better. Porous, somewhat rough olive-brown surfaces show evidence of having been partially smoothed to improve the appearance. There is a patch of red corrosion on Liberty's eye, another similar subtle patch through the lower curls to below the date, and some minor roughness in the planchet behind and on the cap of Liberty. The reverse shows less roughness and no corrosion.... more |

$1,800.00 |
Detail of Choice Very Fine-30. Medium brown on both sides and offering a pleasing overall presentation. Identifiable by a tiny contact mark on Liberty's central neck below her ear. There are some minor rim bruises on the obverse and reverse; notably above 'LI', across from Liberty's mouth and chin, another left of the date, and on the reverse above the 'A' of STATES. A cluster of tiny... more |
