Very Good. A well balanced example that has seen extensive commercial usage. The surfaces are commensurate with the grade and the color is a light orange-gold. A coin not usually seen in this low a condition, it certainly is a boon for the budget-minded collector. One of only 47,465 pieces struck. NGC VG8.
1739 1861 G to VG $140.00

Fine obverse, reverse is Good to Very Good. Here is a well worn example of the most common 1860's Philadelphia date.
1740 1880 AU $120.00

About Uncirculated. Frosty surfaces and an abundance of rich lustre combine with a sharp strike to give this coin its added desirability.
1741 1880'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $240.00

A bold strike and flashy lustre give this specimen plenty of eye appeal.
1742 1881 AU $120.00

About Uncirculated. Abundant lustre covers both sides, a few hairlines can be searched out along with two tiny copper stains at the obverse rim.
1743 1881 EF $117.00

Another. Extremely Fine. Moderate wear spared lustre in the protected areas with some red-gold at the rims.
1744 1882 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $180.00

- or virtually so. Yellow-gold lustre saturates this coin. A rim burr appears under 'VE' of FIVE on the reverse.
1745 1882 EF $115.00

Another. Extremely Fine. Mint frost is found in the protected areas of the design elements. Hairlines reveal a past wiping.
1746 1885 AU $125.00

About Uncirculated. Light cabinet friction is all that keeps this lustrous example from full Mint State.
1747 1886 CH AU $201.00

Choice About Uncirculated, nearly full Mint State. Such wear as this coin has is virtually invisible despite a scattering of minute bagmarks. NGC AU58.
1748 1893 AU $125.00

About Uncirculated. Rose gold mint frost is found clinging to the devices on this attractive specimen.
1749 1897 CH AU $134.00

Choice About Uncirculated and virtually Mint State. Lovely delicate rose toning over satiny surfaces characterize this handsome example.
1750 1897'S' AU $275.00

About Uncirculated, virtually in the Mint State ranking. Full red-gold lustre, only a wisp of circulation is visible under a glass. NGC AU58.
1751 1899 CH AU $132.00

Choice About Uncirculated. Lustre is essentially full and a few old glue deposits are removable.
1752 1899 CH AU $121.00

Another. Choice About Uncirculated. Nice lustre with some light circulation marks and some rim nicks present. Well struck.
1753 1901'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $260.00

- and close to the Choice category. Forcefully glittering lustre provides a splendid cartwheel brilliance on an intensity seldom seen in this workhorse denomination.
1754 1901'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $243.00

- or finer. A second with rich but distinctly more subdued lustre on either side. The obverse field bears a couple of bag scuffs.
1755 1901'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $220.00

A third pleasing yellow-gold example that would grade at least Choice if not for light hairlines. Much frosty mint blush remains.
1756 1901'S' CH VF $110.00

A fourth. Choice Very Fine. Wear appropriate for the grade. Nick on Liberty's neck.
1757 1901'S' VF $110.00

A fifth. Very Fine. A well balanced example that has very little in the way of circulation marks. Greenish-gold toning.
1758 1902'S' AU $150.00

About Uncirculated. Deep yellow lustre at the centers shifts to red-gold at the high rims for bold visual appeal.
1759 1903'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $260.00

Gleaming red-gold lustre covers this coin. The obverse displays some contact tics.
1760 1905 AU $126.00

About Uncirculated or finer. Glowing yellow lustre intensifies at the precisely struck outer rims on this lightly circulated example.
1761 1905'S' CH AU $151.00

Choice About Uncirculated. Richly lustrous fields, crisp devices show only minimal rub on the highest points. ANACS Cache AU55.
1762 1907 CH AU $120.00

Choice About Uncirculated. Frosty lustre is found blanketing the surfaces of this pleasing example. The coin would probably grade full Mint State if not for a subtle cleaning.
1763 1908 CH AU $140.00

Choice About Uncirculated. Boldly glowing gold lustre deepens to red-gold at the peripheries of this lightly wiped example of the last Liberty date.
