Stack's Book Ordering
- To order a book, please either:
- Print out and mail or fax the order form (You will need the Adobe PDF Reader)
- Email us your order: show email address
- or call 212 582-2580.
- Payment is by check or cash only. Orders from established Stack's accounts will be sent out on invoice. Payments from clients new to Stack's are due on
order. Credit cards and PayPal are not currently accepted.
- When ordering books, please add $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional title or volume. All books are shipped via UPS or 1st
Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Please call for Express Mail, Federal Express, and international rates.
- New York City residents must include 8.375% city sales tax. New York State residents must include applicable sales taxes.
