MCMVII (1907) Roman Numerals, High Relief. The obverse displays a flat rim; the reverse a partial wire rim. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated. Here is a marvelously ''fresh'', pale orange-golden specimen that exudes a glorious offering of unbroken silken mint bloom. The strike, likewise, is as sharp as could possibly be hoped for, and the surfaces are free of all but a very limited number of microscopic imperfections. In fact, if we didn't know any better, we would almost think that this coin was just minted! Specimens of this caliber seldom hit the market and, when available, avail the collector of an opportunity to fully appreciate the workmanship that can be accomplished when a talented designer is suitably inspired. A top-shelf example that magnificently exemplifies this stunning Saint Gaudens design. PCGS MS65 and of premium quality for this numerical grade.
